Our Agents
SAM KONSWA
Sam is the principal owner of Queen Anne Real Estate and has been one of the most successful
real estate agents on Queen Anne for many years. Sam has been recognized as a top performing
agent by Seattle Magazine for the past four years. Prior to moving to Queen Anne,Sam graduated from
New York University and spent 15 years on Wall Street as an investment banker where he developed a knowledge
of financial markets and negotiating skills. Sam negotiated over one billion dollars in transactions for high-profile
clients and business leaders during his Wall Street tenure.
MIKE YUKEVICH
Founder of Pioneer Pacific, has been active in the Puget Sound real estate market since moving here in 1997.
His experience is broad-ranging in both commercial and residential arenas sales, leasing, development and management.
Besides being a licensed real estate broker for the state of Washington, Mike has a BS degree in Business from
Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and a MBA degree from the University of Washington. His primary focus at UW was
Finance and Real Estate. Over the years, Mike has built a reputation as a resourceful, hard-working,
and ethical real estate professional.
RANDY STORM
Randy has a degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University and has been active in the Seattle business
community for the past 30 years. Randy started and ran a successful commercial insurance brokerage company specializing
in providing insurance, risk management and claims services to public entities clients throughout the state.
Since selling his business in 2003, Randy has devoted his time to developing, investing in and selling both commercial
and residential real estate. Randys real estate and business experience allows him to effectively negotiate for his real estate clients.
DONNA STORM
Donna has a degree in Home Economics from Long Beach State University and course work in Accounting from Cal State Fullerton.
Donnas unique skill sets and creative abilities prove to be valuable assets for her real estate clients. Donna has the
technical skills required to research and locate the perfect home for a buyer or determine the appropriate price for a seller.
Her interior design experience is a valuable tool in helping clients visualize the possibilities of a home they are buying or
preparing their home as a showcase for potential buyers.
CRAIG WATSON
Craig has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and owns and manages a technology consulting practice.
In parallel with his successful IT career Craig has had several successful real estate development projects and continues to
manage several projects here on Queen Anne. His background in IT has enabled him to take advantage of technical resources when
locating and researching properties and provide the most comprehensive information to his clients helping them make informed decisions.
